Today’s card features a beautiful Chinese Coin Quilt Card inspired by one of the Chinese Coin Quilt Patterns named Old Money Quilt, warm autumn colors and layered textures.

Chinese Coin Quilts

Chinese coin quilts are a classic, scrap‑friendly quilt style where small, stacked “coin” units are pieced together in rows, often using 1¼″‑wide fabric strips. They’re popular for their traditional look, low cost, and suitability for fabric hoarders.

So I thought I would love to use my strips of beautiful of DSP and create a fun card. Here is my card.

In this project, I share how simple paper strips can become a stunning quilt-inspired background that serves as the perfect foundation for seasonal embellishments and dimensional layers.
