A Dutch Door Fun Fold is a popular card design in paper crafting that creates a double‑panel front with a flap that opens like a door, allowing you to display a message or image on the inside. It gets its name from Dutch Doors which are doors that split horizontally into two sections, allowing the top half to open independently of the bottom half.

Dutch doors are versatile as are the fun folds. The fun folds are easy to make and work well for any occasion.

Because the Dutch Door Fun Fold is so versitile I decided to use some of the supplies in the Paper Pumpkin to create an alternate card.
