Each Saturday I love sharing a card inspired by a sketch — a simple layout that gives your creativity a place to begin. Card sketches act like blueprints: they show where your focal point, sentiment, layers, and embellishments might go. Whether you’re a brand‑new crafter or a seasoned maker, sketches help you use your supplies with confidence and spark new ideas.
This week I chose Paper Play Sketches 006 and paired it with the Pretty Party Kit, which has been sitting on my craft table waiting for its moment to shine. I’ll be creating alternate projects with this kit during Thursday’s Facebook Live, but today I wanted to show how beautifully it works with a sketch‑based design.
Today’s Sketch
