Some Paper Pumpkin kits arrive and instantly spark a dozen ideas — and May’s Sparkling Celebrations was absolutely one of those kits. During my recent livestream, I explored a little bit of everything this kit inspired: a scrapbook layout, ten alternate cards, a Z‑Fold fun fold, and even a feature project using the Quilted Pane technique. It was a full, creative session, and today I’m sharing a general overview along with the full video replay so you can craft along whenever you’re ready.

I’m keeping this post broad and inspiration‑focused, and in the coming days I’ll share more detailed tutorials for individual projects.

💜 What I Created During the Livestream

The Sparkling Celebrations kit has such a fun mix of shimmer, texture, and festive elements, and it really opened the door to a wide range of projects. In the video, I walked through:

  • Scrapbook Layout — A bright, celebratory page inspired by the colors and patterns in the kit
  • Ten Alternate Cards — A mix of clean, layered, and playful designs using the kit plus a few supplies from my craft room
  • Z‑Fold Fun Fold — A simple but striking fold that shows off the patterned elements beautifully.

Then I made a card using the Quilted Pane Technique.  A dimensional look that became the star of the video.

Each of these deserves its own spotlight, so I’ll be breaking them out into separate posts soon.
