Then I like to add inventory from my crafte room and create alternatives. Feel free to create your Bendy Card.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stampin\u201d Up\u00a0 Supplies<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0From the kit<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2) 4\u201d x 2-\u00bd\u201d Basics Beige. Cut from an envelope in the kit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(4) 3-\u00be\u201d x 2-\u00bc\u201d pieces of the inside of the envelope. It is the Olive Green with the herb print.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The stamp set from the kit<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 pieces of leaf ephemera\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tear &amp; tape<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>From my inventory:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A 4-\u00bc\u201d x 5-\u00bd\u201d piece of Basic White card stock. Scored at 2-\u00be\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A 4-\u00bd\u201d x 2-\u00bc\u201d piece of basic white. Score at \u00bd\u201d, 2-\u00bc\u201d and 4\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A 6-\u00bd\u201d x 1-\u00bc\u201d strip of Basic White Card stock. Score at \u00bd\u201d and 6\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Granny Apple ink<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melon Mambo ink\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acrylic blocks<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Multipurpose glue<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00a0 \u00be\u201d x 5-\u00bd\u201d strip of Pretty in Pink card stock\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2) 3\u201d x 1-\u00bd pieces of Basic White card stock<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bone folder<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assemble<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 4-\u00bc\u201d x 5-\u00bd\u201d after you\u2019ve\u00a0 scored becomes your card base. With your bone folder crisp the fold.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then with multipurpose glue adhere the\u00a0 3-\u00be\u201d x 2-\u00bc\u201d pieces of the olive green print from the inside one of the envelopes, onto the\u00a0 4\u201d x 2-\u00bd pieces of Basic Beige.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adhere one of these layers to each side of the inside of your card base.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adhere the remaining two layers to each of the sides of the outside of your card base.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take the\u00a0 4-\u00bd\u201d x 2-\u00bc piece of Basic White and fold along the score lines.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the Granny Green ink and the chives stamp, stamp on either side of the middle scoreline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then with the Melon Mambo ink and the bloom stamp, stamp some blooms on the chives you just stamped.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the tear &amp; tape that was in your kit, place some tape on each sides between the edge and the fold line.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place this\u00a0 4-\u00bd\u201d x 2-\u00bc onto the card base. Make sure the fold line that is in the middle of this strip is lined with the\u00a0 fold line of the card base.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holding the middle folds together fold back the edges that have tear &amp; tape and adhere. You have created the middle decorative element.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now adhere the \u00be\u201d x 5-\u00bd\u201d strip of Pretty in Pink cardstock between the score lines of\u00a0 the 6-\u00bd\u201d x 1-\u00bc\u201d strip of Basic White Card stock.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place a strip of Tear &amp; tape on the edges of this 6-\u00bd\u201d x 1-\u00bc\u201d . The tape should fit nicely between the edge of the cardstock and the scored line.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fold back the score lines and adhere this long strip to the bottom edges of the inside of the card base.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the ephemera decorate the strip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can decorate the outside of the card. I stamped some chives on a piece of Basic White and adhered onto the layered panel that would be seen when the card is closed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I adhered a piece of Basic white to the back of the card\u00a0 for a message.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love to create one sample of the cards as the directions indcate.
