I noticed a stamp that resembled a cancellation mark used by the USPS. I remembered back to the time that mailing postcards while traveling, was a common thing to do. As I reflected on my travels I thought of how fun it was to send a postcard from where ever I was, to family and friends. It was a way of sharing.<\/p>\n<p>I decided to create a Christmas Card that resembled a postcard.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1927 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/thepapermotif.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/IMG_0527.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"205\" height=\"159\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>What I used:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A 4-1\/4&#8243; x 5-1\/2&#8243; piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock<\/li>\n<li>a scrap of basic whiye cardstock<\/li>\n<li>A 4&#8243; x 5-1\/4&#8243; piece of DSP. I used\u00a0 Take a Bow DSP.<\/li>\n<li>A 1\/8&#8243; x 3&#8243;\u00a0 strip of the same DSP.<\/li>\n<li>A piece of Basic White cardstock that measures 3-5\/8&#8243; x 4-3\/4&#8243;.
