SENDING HUGS WITH FLUTTERY GOLD WINGS AND FLOWERS
Explore creative alternative designs using the Butterfly Garden Kit. This post shows how to stretch your kit with supplies from your craft space, offering fresh ideas for handmade cards and easy cards‑making inspiration.

This is one of the card bases that I felt gold butterflied and a white bow would embellish nicely. I also added a raised sentiment that I felt would definitely catch your eye.
Supplies Used
- Butterfly Garden kit
- Gold butterfly outline. Die cut from the Brilliant Butterflies Bundle that has retired and used gold foil to cut the butterfly. The Beautiful Butterflies Bundle is still available but also on the last chance list.
- Scraps of Basic White cardstock
- Scrap of Garden Green cardstock
- Sentiment strip die cut from Hugs a Bloom Paper add on.
- Brushed Butterflies (158136) on last chance list.
I just cut out all the parts and assembled the card. It really is pretty easy.
