This is a cute little decorative box that invites whimsy to gift giving in all directions. It is great as a stocking stuffer or in a small gift bag. Think how fun it would be to fill with treats and leave on a co-worker’s desk during the Holidays. It is a way to make Christmas a little more fun.

I am thankful for this idea by StampingWithAmore. I did change it up a little but love the idea.

Stampin” Up Supplies

  • An 8-½” x 11” piece of Pecan Pie cardstock. With the 8-½” side facing upward in your trimmer or Simply Scored, score at ½”, 1-½”, 4-½”, 5-½”
  • With the 6” side facing upward, score at ½”, 1-½”, 5”
  • Scraps of Pecan Pie for the ears. You can use a leaf die or just cut them by hand.
  • A scrap of Real Red cardstock for holly berries and for the nose. I used a circle die from Blooms Impressions to cut the nose.
  • A scrap of Pecan Pie for antlers. I used the Bloom Impressions to cut these.
  • Red ribbon
  • A scrap of Crumb Cake cardstock for the inside of ears and mouth.  I used Traditional Labels to cut the mouth.
  • A scrap of Shaded Spruce cardstock for the pine boughs. I used the Christmas Greenery dies to cut the pine boughs.
  • A small scrap of Basic Black cardstock for the eyes.

Here is how I made the treat box.
